About the client

The project is being implemented as a public-private partnership. Sip3, a company created specifically for this project, is managed by Nter Asset Management (formerly known as Orion Asset Management). The equity is financed by the Nter Social Infrastructure Fund, which aims to combine private capital and social infrastructure development. Nter Asset Management was established in 2000 and is one of the oldest asset management companies in Lithuania.

INFES work

On a 3.7 ha plot of land owned by Klaipėda District Municipality in the village of Trušeliai, a building of about 8,000 m² will be constructed, which will house 3 kindergarten, 6 pre-school and 3 pre-primary education groups, 8 primary education classrooms, a multi-purpose sports hall, a gym, a culture hall with ancillary facilities, and a library. It will also include all the necessary outdoor infrastructure with mini football and handball courts, basketball and volleyball courts, outdoor tennis and padel tennis courts, infrastructure for athletics, outdoor fitness equipment, etc.

Results

The new 8,000 m² building will accommodate up to 230 pre-school children, 550 school-age children, and should employ up to 90 teachers, educators, and other staff. The building will also host activities for adults. This is an important project for the whole Klaipėda district: the new kindergarten-school will educate almost 800 district’s children, and the space for sports and culture will allow to bring the local community together more effectively.
