Client Safe community, UAB

About the client

Safe community, UAB is a contracting authority for public infrastructure, delivering public–private partnership (PPP) projects with private-sector partners. This project is being implemented in partnership with the Nter Asset Management team, one of the longest-operating property management companies in Lithuania.

A new building complex for the Šiauliai County Chief Police Commissariat is being built at Purienų St. 48, Šiauliai. The project aims to create a modern architecture that reflects the needs and values of police operations while ensuring efficient working conditions through harmonious integration into the surrounding urban and natural environment.

Infes work

Infes is implementing the construction of the building for the Šiauliai County Chief Police Commissariat. The project includes a four-storey building with an A++ energy efficiency rating and a total area of 5,100 sq m, incorporating auxiliary and sports premises. The main building will include administrative areas, offices, a visitor zone, sports and shooting facilities, as well as recreational spaces.

A parking lot covering over 7,000 sq m with around 235 parking spaces, electric vehicle charging stations, and bicycle and scooter shelters will be installed nearby. Purienų Street will also be fully reconstructed.

Considering the context of natural spaces and greenery surrounding the territory, the project will further strengthen this relationship, enhancing the territory’s vitality and creating a harmonious, safe, and attractive environment.

Results

Once construction is complete, the city will have a new building complex for the Šiauliai County Chief Police Commissariat, supporting both police operations and public services. The new infrastructure will enable seamless police operations, while its territory, thoughtfully landscaped and strategically planned, will ensure convenient, safe access to the building for visitors and employees.
